Why Direct Transfers?

There are plenty of companies out there that offer to do something about your timeshare. It’s only natural – demand to get out of timeshare contracts has skyrocketed, so it makes sense that companies would be created to fill that demand. But do the other companies actually work? What do they do?

Listing Companies

Direct Transfers is not a listing company. Listing companies work a little bit like E-bay. They offer to list your timeshare, with no guarantee that it will sell, and see if anyone wants it. They usually charge an up-front fee to list your timeshare for a set amount of time, and if it doesn’t sell in that time, you’re left paying maintenance fees.

Another way to say this is that listing companies charge you extra money to advertise to the world that you don’t want your timeshare.  They have incredibly low satisfaction rates because very few people are buying timeshares now. Even most charities have stopped accepting them as donations. When you can’t give something away, it’s unlikely that you can sell it, either.

Direct Transfers isn’t like that. We don’t make you wait for someone else to take interest in your timeshare in order to take it off your hands. In fact, you don’t even have to be concerned with that half of the process. Our first and foremost goal is to get your timeshare off your hands so you aren’t responsible for any more fees.

Reselling Companies.

Direct Transfers is not a reselling company. Reselling companies act as a middle man and try to sell your timeshare to other buyers. Similar to listing companies, reselling companies usually claim they make more of an aggressive effort to sell your timeshare as opposed to just listing it.

The problem with that is that, first of all, most companies aren’t making an effort at all. There are thousands of news reports on timeshare reselling companies that take the money and never fill the need.  These companies are usually scams set up by unscrupulous people looking to make money off of consumers already in debt.

Even when reselling companies aren’t a scam, there’s still barely any interest in buying timeshares. The average consumer isn’t interested in buying a timeshare any more than they’re interested in buying a broken yacht for full price. And just like listing companies, when your timeshare doesn’t sell, you’re left with less money and more maintenance fees.

The Direct Transfers Difference.

Direct Transfer is a transfer company. Our goal isn’t to act as a middleman in order to get extra money for you. Our goal is to give you immediate relief. Whereas other companies make you wait and hope that their process works, the Direct Transfers difference means knowing that the path your end leads to your timeshare being gone, no if’s and’s or but’s.

Direct Transfers is different from every other company because we don’t make you wait. The biggest goal is to transfer ownership of your timeshare as quickly and efficiently as possible. Learn why.
